1954 Style Number Help - 54starchief - 01-30-2026
HI
I have a 1954 Pontiac Star Chief and my body info tag is corroded where the style number is and I cant read the last digits. What should they be? I want to put it in correct in the decode tool.

The last characters would be "WD" so your style number is 54-2869WD.
You can actually run it through the decoder with the information you have, if the number is invalid or incomplete, it will provide some suggestions for you. You'd just click on the suggestion that looks correct and click the decode button again.
